No1 Silverbank Terms and Conditions

We know this is the boring bit, but we would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to read through the following terms & conditions. Many thanks.

Insurance:

We advise your party to take out holiday insurance in the unlikely event of cancellation.

Cancellation / Change of booking:

Deposits and payments are non refundable. If dates are to be changed before 56 days we will always try to help you book other dates that will be more suitable depending on availability. A fee of £25 will be paid for a change of booking.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday we will find you alternative accommodation, give a total refund or offer you alternative dates.
We would be happy to offer you a 2-night break for the inconvenience.

Joint bookings/bookers responsibility

Please make your booking in one name. That person will take responsibility for the agreement of the terms and conditions on behalf of the party.

Right to refuse:

We hold the right to refuse a booking for any reason.
If we feel the house is not being treated with care and respect we hold the right to ask the party to leave the premises and a refund will be given where necessary.

Accommodation limitation:

The cottage must not have more than 6 guests staying or using the house at any time. (Plus cot)

Guest obligations:

Guests are asked to take care of the cottage at all times.
To ensure the cottage is in tiptop condition for your arrival, we inspect the property in great detail with an inventory, after guests have departed from the cottage.
If there are any breakages or damage to the cottage please call Fay on 07810 091008 to report it. Guests will be asked to pay for any damages or breakages on departure of your holiday. We understand that accidents do happen..

Property cleanliness:

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and condition of the cottage.
We ask you to please leave the cottage in the same condition as you found it.
If the cottage is not left in an acceptable state we will bill you for extra Cleaning.

Loss of property:

Please take care of your property. We will not be held responsible for any loss / damage or theft to your personal property.

Pets:

We are sorry but we do not accept pets.

Smoking:

The cottage is strictly a non-smoking house, as we do not have the time in between guest’s arrival to get rid of the smell of cigarettes. Guests are welcome to smoke in the back garden.

Rights of entry:

We reserve the right to gain entry in to the cottage at any time. (This would only be in the unlikely event of an emergency)

Caring for the environment:

Please help take care and respect the environment.

Advance bookings:

We take bookings up to 1 year ahead Honeymoons may be booked 2 years in advance.
