Availability

Once you have chosen your dates, please contact us by email or phone to check availability.
Once we have confirmed your dates are free, please take a moment to read ‘General Information’ and the ‘Terms and Conditions’ then please post us the booking form with the deposit or full payment.
We will then send you confirmation on receipt. We shall then be in touch closer to the date with directions and house notes.

Arrival and departure:

Changeover days are Fridays and Mondays.

The cottage will be ready for your arrival from 3.30pm onwards.
Please vacate the cottage by 10am on your departure date, as we need the time to prepare for our new guests.

Payment:

On the confirmation of your booking we ask you for 20% of the tariff as a deposit and the final balance will be required in full, 8 weeks before your holiday.

We also ask you for a housekeeping deposit in the form of a cheque or cash for £200. This will be demolished after your departure. It will only be cashed in the unlikely event of damage or extra cleaning to the cottage. Extra costs would be discussed with you in advance.

Payment /deposits are non refundable although we will always try to help you swap your dates if there is availability. We advise you to take out holiday insurance for yourself and your party in the unlikely event of cancellation.
